One week later #Amsterdam
and we’re on the metro shuttle headed to IAH. The past two days, our same flight number has left roughly on time so I’m pretty hopeful at this point that we’ll be in the air in a couple of hours.

Another cancelled flight to #Amsterdam
Today’s flight was cancelled too. We rescheduled for next Friday the 23rd - May 2nd. All because of a stupid volcano in Iceland. I’m trying to stay positive about it…having to reschedule an international flight is a pretty #bosslife problem to have.

Amsterdam flight update
We will be flying out of IAH at 10:20am tomorrow to Philly and then to Amsterdam! Will end up losing 1 day in Europe, but at least we will be getting there safely. Nicely done, continental.

Iceland Volcano halts flights across Europe
and my flight was one of them. :( Schiphol.nl says  Serious disruption of air traffic to and from the Netherlands Forecast: no air traffic will be possible to and from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol until at least Saturday 06:00 hrs. Unfortunately we do not know at present when air traffic will be resumed. hopefully, this means I’ll be in the air and in Amsterdam as early as tomorrow.

Amsterdam!
I’ll be going to Amsterdam in 2 weeks and hope to use this blog to post photos, videos, etc. It all depends on how many open wifi spots I find when I’m there. Stay tuned. XD
